After Submitting a Resume and Cover Letter

Once you have submitted your cover letter and resume, an automatic message appears thanking you for your submission. You will also receive an email confirmation of your submission. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam and junk folders.
Human Resources reviews all submissions to our online portal. Your application is sent to the hiring manager for further review if your application meets the required qualifications for the position. If the hiring manager feels there is a match between your skill set and the required qualifications, you will be contacted. On occasion, human resources may determine that you are qualified for more than one position. In these instances, you would be contacted to determine your interest in other positions prior to your application being sent to the hiring manager.
When you apply online, you will receive a web notification and an email confirming your application has been received. Please understand the recruitment process takes time. You will be contacted if selected to move forward.
ASU Enterprise Partners communicates the final outcome to all applicants. Our goal is to make the interview process as convenient and informative as possible.

ASU Enterprise Partners is looking for people who have the talent, experience, and ambition to contribute to the foundation’s mission to advance ASU as a New American University.
The main office of ASU Enterprise Partners is located in the ASU Fulton Center on the corner of College Avenue and University Drive in Tempe across the street from Old Main.
ASU Foundation development positions may be located within the college, school, or unit on any of ASU’s campuses (Tempe, West, Downtown, Polytechnic, or Thunderbird).
Positions with Arizona Technology Enterprises (AzTE) and ASU Research Enterprise (ASURE) are located at ASU SkySong on Scottsdale and McDowell Roads in Scottsdale.

We can only consider applications submitted online. We cannot accept applications via email or postal mail. You may consider using computers at your local library.
Cover letters are recommended for all positions. It’s not necessary to address a cover letter to a specific person.
We solicit resumes for specific job openings only. Please apply directly to the position in which you have interest.
If you have interest in more than one position, you must apply to each position separately.
Yes, we update the job postings frequently. If a job is listed on our website, it is considered open. Please be aware some jobs take longer to fill than others and may remain open for longer periods of time. The recruitment and selection process at the ASU Enterprise Partners may take up to six months.
Salary ranges are not listed. Years of experience, internal equity, and external market data are considered when determining starting salaries.

US law requires companies to employ only individuals who may legally work in the United States—either US citizens, or foreign citizens who have the necessary authorization. ASU Enterprise Partners currently does not sponsor non-US citizens for employment. ASU Enterprise Partners is considered an off-campus employer and is not able to hire non-US citizen students with F1 or J1 Visas.

Student Questions

To qualify for a student position with ASU Enterprise Partners, you must be a current student enrolled in at least one class. All student positions are considered part-time with an average of 10-20 hours a week.
