Randy Levin has led University Realty LLC, an affiliate of ASU Enterprise Partners, since 2013, utilizing commercial real estate knowledge to advance the mission of ASU by leveraging and monetizing real estate donations and investing the ASU Foundation’s endowment to diversify and grow its portfolio.
Levin has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate as a developer, architect and real estate broker. He uses his expertise to determine strategic positioning, implement land and vertical developments, execute trade partner agreements and reposition new and future real estate assets.
Previously, Levin was vice president of commercial development for SunCor Development Company, a subsidiary of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation, where he oversaw design, finance, construction, leasing and marketing for nearly 3 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties, plus entitlements for another 3 million square feet. The Phoenix Business Journal recognized his Hayden Ferry Lakeside/Marina Heights project on Tempe Town Lake as the “Development of the Decade.”
A frequent speaker and recognized industry expert, Levin was recognized by AZRE Magazine (June 2011) in its list of the “Most Influential People in Arizona Commercial Real Estate in the Past 100 Years.” In addition to Levin’s role with University Realty, he is CEO and managing member for MRL Partners LLC, a boutique commercial real estate syndication and investment company.
Levin obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Arizona, is an Arizona registered architect and holds a real estate broker’s license in the state of Arizona. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties, Urban Land Institute and the American Senior Housing Association.
