I grant permission to ASU Enterprise Partners and its subsidiaries (“EP”) and its agents or employees, to copyright, disseminate, share with third parties and publish all or any part of photographs and/or motion pictures and/or voice recordings and/or written/spoken statements taken of me or by me in connection with the ThankView site (“Photos/Recordings”) for use in university or other third party publications, including printed, moving, audio and electronic, all exhibitions, public displays, publications, commercial art, and advertising purposes in any media without limitation or reservation.
To the extent the Photos/Recordings are not, by operation of law, agreement or otherwise, considered work made for hire for EP, or if ownership of all rights in the Photos/Recordings do not otherwise vest exclusively in EP, the undersigned irrevocably transfers and assigns to EP all right, title, and interest in and to the copyright, ownership, and goodwill in and to the Photos/Recordings, and other rights with respect thereto.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs/motion pictures/voice recordings/ written/spoken statements or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Photos/Recordings.
I release and discharge EP of and from any claims, demands, and damages that may arise from or related to the use of the Photos/Recordings, including any claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy, and including any re-use, distortion, blurring, alteration, or use in composite form. It is in the discretion of EP to decide whether and how to use the Photos/Recordings.
I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before clicking to accept these terms or utilize EP’s ThankView site page, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. This release will be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
