ASU Enterprise Partners

ASU Enterprise Partners is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide an ecosystem of services to create solutions and generate resources to extend Arizona State University’s reach and advance its charter. ASU Enterprise Partners supports ASU and several affiliates, including the ASU Foundation for a New American University, ASU Outreach Hub, ASURE, Enterprise Collaboratory at ASU, NEWSWELL, Skysong Innovations and University Realty.

ASU Enterprise Partners is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide an ecosystem of services to create solutions and generate resources to extend Arizona State University’s reach and advance its charter. ASU Enterprise Partners supports ASU and several affiliates, including the ASU Foundation for a New American University, ASU Outreach Hub, ASURE, NEWSWELL, Skysong Innovations and University Realty LLC.

Additionally, ASU Enterprise Partners operates ASU RealmSpark, which acts as the venture capital arm of ASU and invests in charter-aligned sectors. It finds the best technology on the market and brings it to the university. It also sources the most promising ASU-affiliated companies and brings them to market.

What kinds of jobs are available at ASU Enterprise Partners?

Because ASU Enterprise Partners and its affiliates, each have their own focus, we employ a diverse team from a variety of professional fields and support services.

Positions include, but are not limited to, those in development and fundraising, real estate development, technology transfer, intellectual property management, investment and finance, accounting, project management, communications and marketing, information technology, the legal field, research, data processing, administrative support, human resources, executive leadership, and more.

Where are ASU Enterprise Partners and its Affiliates located?

We are located in the Fulton Center adjacent to the Arizona State University Tempe campus, at SkySong, the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center in Scottsdale, and in college- and unit-based offices on campus. Affiliates may have a presence on ASU’s Downtown (Phoenix), ASU West Valley (Phoenix) or Polytechnic (Mesa) campuses; at the ASU California Center ; or the Barrett O’Connor Washington Center (Washington, D.C.)

How do I apply for a job at ASU Enterprise Partners?

All available ASUEP jobs are posted at asuep.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/ASUEP. Simply build a profile and upload a resume to apply to any position.

I’ve submitted my resume. Now what?

The team will review your qualification for the job and notify you of the next steps. This could be a phone screen or in-person interview.

Do you offer entry-level or part-time positions?

Yes. We have many roles that allow for entry-level or part-time work. Most positions require a bachelors’ degree as a minimum qualification. We also have roles for full-time student from ASU.

Can I apply for more than one job at a time?

Yes. If you are qualified, please apply for all positions for which you have interest.

What if I need to relocate?

There is relocation support for most positions director-level and above.

Do you keep my resume on file?

We keep your resume in a database of past applicants. We will occasionally review these for new positions. However, you are encouraged to watch for new openings and apply for positions that match your qualifications.

Can I edit or withdraw an application?

Yes. You can update your profile in Workday as well as withdraw your submitted application.

How soon will I know if a hiring decision has been made?

We review applications on a regular basis. Normally, you will hear within seven to ten days from submitting your application on your status moving forward.
